Fees
The platform only charges when a deal is completed — and the exact amount is always shown before you confirm. There are no subscriptions and no hidden charges. Here is everything in plain words.
Frequently Asked Questions
Nothing. Creating an account, browsing, listing a product and using the platform are all free. There are no subscriptions and no sign-up fees.
Only when a deal is completed — for example a finished gig, a delivered product or a settled trade. The fee is taken from the completed amount and the rest goes to you. If no deal completes, no fee is charged.
Traders who fund their own deals pay 5% of the completed amount and keep 95%. Traders whose deals are funded by investors pay 30% and keep 70% until the investors have recouped 1.2x their money, after which the trader reverts to the 5% level. The exact rate is shown before you confirm.
Exchanging one money or asset for another carries a small exchange fee — for example a fraction of a percent. The amount is shown on the exchange page before you confirm the swap. See Trading & Swaps.
You pay no fee to see or claim gigs. The fee is taken from the gig amount when the work is confirmed complete, and you always know your earning before you accept. See Work & Gigs.
Listing a product is free. When a sale completes, the seller pays the platform fee out of the sale amount — it is shown in the order before anything is confirmed. Buyers pay the price shown, no surprise add-ons. See Buy & Sell.
Locking money for interest has no upfront fee — the interest you earn is the deal. Crowd investing works the same way: the return for each deal is stated up front and paid when the deal completes. See Shares & Staking and Crowd Invest.
No. Every fee is shown on screen before you confirm an action, and the rate that is displayed is the rate that applies. There are no subscriptions, monthly costs or charges that appear after the fact.
Fees fund the platform itself: running the marketplace, paying incentives to providers and workers, resolving disputes, and community grants. This keeps the platform running without ever charging you a subscription.
Yes. Fees, earnings and balances are shown in your local money by default, so you always understand the real cost in the currency you use every day.
